Is this the big divide within the "Top Free"/"Free The Nipple" movements and those that disagree?
Here is my theory...
1) GUYS: Most guys look at all breasts as sexual because they can't see female breasts even in a non-sexual setting without thinking of sex.
2) GIRLS: Girls don't see female breasts as sexual in non-sexual settings at all, but don't like it because they know that guys are looking at other girls breasts in a sexual way, even when not in a sexual setting, and it makes them insanely jealous.
Am I hitting the bullseye, or am I missing something here?

Catholic and Muslim religious leaders learned a long time ago that the biggest threat too their authority was people's sexual and sensual freedom.
Men like boobs men see boobs are a part of a women sexual desire, The same could be said for men’s pectoral muscles women tend to like a guy with good pecks like Zack Efron or the rock, However men are more visual creatures then women, Women may like a guy’s physical look but they tend to look at that as a bonus over how the man treats them. Men we can be treated like shit and as long as you have the sexual appeal we’re looking for we don’t care

I support free the nipple. nd no breasts are not lewd but they are sexual. The term is sexual indicator. Most mammals have an indicator that determines whether the female is at a sexual prime. In many it's the rump, but humans are upright and face and copulate face to face, at leadt usually. So it is theorized that the female breast is that sexual indicator, one of the key factors is that in humans the breasts don't engorge and flatten when they are not being used as a food source like most mammals. As the extra weight and fat storage is biologically expensive there must be a secondary reason why they remain in a state of engorgment. As in most hetro males the breasts are something that both catches and holds the eyes it indicates that there is something deeper going on here. Even in tribal settings where women usually go topless breasts are still seen as a sexual organ so it's not rarity or lack of access and any argument of cultural fails this test. Another good indicator is nipple position, for ease of feeding nipples should be on the bottom of the breasts so a child would be in the position that you hold them in when bottle feeding, but there not, they're facing forward, this again indicates an additional or secondary reason.
Intresting viewpoint never really thought of it like that but i do get that men are attracted to breasts but i supoose the issue isn't the fact that breasts are a sexual organ but more soo is it ok to still view them in a sexual manner when someone is breast feeding a child because im pretty sure even in male biology that they could get horny from seeing breasts but they dont get horny when they are shown in a non sexual context like breastfeeding they are not being used to invoke your libido to be active at the time only when they are not being breast feed on is when they can invoke a response from a male best way to describe that is like discussing if you want to have sex without saying a word just going off pure instinctive need to reproduce but i think that response from a guy is supoose to a dormant thing that would of been how in ancient times a man and woman agree to sex would be through the urge to increase the population because sub conciously we know if we dont do that we will be extinct but ones that process has got to a stage where sub conciously we know we won't be extinct simply because we know their is enough humans to live on for generations to come im pretty sure thats how it originally functioned like which is that secound function you spoke of it used to be primary but now its secoundry as the primary is the need to nuture and be a food source for the child we give birth too.

i don't see them as sexual in those situations you mentioned.
However you gotta admit that they turn sexual in nature as soon as cleavage is shown, cause that is obviously female mating behavior.
I think you're close, but not quite. At least for the male perspective. Because it's not that we can't see breasts as non-sexual, it's that, given our current culture, we have been inundated by the idea that breasts are sexual from an early age. And thus, when we see them, it becomes a sexual context. Without something external indicating otherwise that is. Because in a medical situation, or something of that nature where it is clear that nothing sexual is going on, a man can easily turn off that part of his brain and just engage in a straightforward manner. I'm not saying it happens every time, but most times. This is why you can have very successful male doctors who see naked breasts all the time and it's not a struggle for them.
I think our society is different than many others, insofar as breasts are such an important sexual object. When they polled over 60 native cultures around the world, only 13 of them viewed breasts as sexual. From my part, I would like to see women breastfeeding in public much more frequently. I think it would go a long long way towards normalizing breasts and making women and men both feel more comfortable with this nurturing side of them.

Although in guys cases it is true there's another fact to be looked at. Lesbians. A lot of women also get attracted to breasts even though they have it.
I generally don't see breasts as sexual , was never that drawn to breasts , my trigger was nice hips & legs... and breastfeeding mothers NEED to feed on demand... ironically , it is always other women that object and cause a needless fuss , I have had women breast feed just a few feet from me in a former workplace , I encouraged them to do so & I simply got on with assisting them... and they appreciated that greatly.

The truth is women would hate it if they woke up tomorrow in a world where men didn't value a women breast as arousing or having sex appeal.
The female breasts can’t be considered as a private or a sexual part and there is nothing wrong with being topless... But these days that’s considered immoral
I would vote for B, except that it isn't true. Just because a woman's breasts are exposed that doesn't necessarily make it lewd. (Sexual, yes, because the breast is an inherently sexual body part. But not lewd.)
Boobs are sexual in nature ( they are highly erogenous zones ) , even in beast feeding, since the sexual stimulation felt by women during lactation ( some women even have orgasms during breast feeding ) is used to push the mother's brain into establishing an emotional mother-child connection.
As why heterosexual women do feel sexually attracted to boobs is simply because of the transference process from "being in love with mommy" to "being in love with daddy" during the Oedipus Complex process of sexual development.
Laws make it so and that sucks. Plus, to many Americans are anal about nudity.
