Sexual Health Why are Indian guys so... Creepy?

Now, I don't want to sound racist, But, You notice it on here a lot, and a lot on other sites too. Whenever a girl puts up a hot picture or something, There will always be some indian guy giving the hole ''you look hot message me'' and being overly forward. Like, If you go on anyfacebook page that posts a picture of a hot girl, And you go from through the comments, You will see indian guys saying to message them and being overly sexual and commenting their emails and phone numbers and shit. I realise guys from all nationalities do this, But, It just seems like the vast majority of time its an indian guy. Is this just a Cultural difference or something? is it acceptable to be SO MASSIVELY 'Forward' in india?

Fashion trends in the west ( and to some extent urban India ) is considered extremely revealing in India. People from villages and underdeveloped areas have not been exposed to these cultures. To them the only women who dress this way are sex workers ( no i am not being sexist, just stating facts ). So they feel it is okay to start the conversation with "sex". Many backward Indians have been told that women exist just to please them, others have seen extreme cases of domestic abuse and believe it is ok to treat women as objects. Most of this happens in families with no education at all, and is mostly prevalent in North India where literacy rates are extremely low. With a population of 1.3 BILLIOn people this must be expected
Yeah iam agree also... indians guys are damn creepy cause they are diferent from us... I mean they look normal but their mentallity is very diferent... its very complicated to try to understand their mind.. first if someone wants to try understand indians mentallity then first we must to learn about their culture... And they cannot get into a relationship with indians girls cause culture... then they look for foreigners girls just by passing time
