I kinda know but im not 100 percent sure. i live around some that are in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s and they have those problems your talking about.

Millennial men are becoming less masculine for the same reasons millennial women are so unfeminine and so unappealing to men as partners. Women have essential destroyed all their value to men with the exception of sex and reproduction. If we remove those two factors, women no longer offer any of the benefits to men that women of the past offered in marriage and committed relationships. That's why men are so unmotivated these days to get married, and to be the kind of men women of the past had a right to expect them to be. Women no longer have that right, and it's nobody's fault but their own. The only women who deserve real men are real women, and there are precious few of those today.
Until women start being real women again and offering some value to men beyond sex (which is very easy for men to get today without being real men) then men will continue to be less and less valuable to women because they literally have no valid motivation to be valuable to women.
If you don't think feminism is the core reason for all of this, then to are a complete fool.

What we are talking about here is human nature, and it is the same everywhere. In the dating market a woman's looks are everything, and most women begin to lose their looks by their late 20s. These are just facts. Sorry if they hurt your butt.
You can't stamp an age on when women's looks deteriorate. It's obvious that whenever someone's looks go, male or female, they have less value. At least men are able to use money to buy time. But to say every woman over 30 is ugly is completely absurd and naive

You know it's true, and it doesn't need to be said, but when you make a cunt of yourself posting questions like this one, guys are not going to hesitate to lose their inhibitions and speak the truth. Yes, men's looks deteriorate with age too, but women's perceptions of them tend to improve with age because, whether consciously or not, a man's attractiveness to women is influenced largely by his resources, and his ability to provide them to her. It's largely subconscious for women, but it's a proven fact that a man appears more "physically attractive" to women when they believe he earns a lot of money. And older men tend to earn more money and therefore are perceived by women as more "physically attractive". That has been scientifically proven repeatedly. But men do not value women for their resources or their ability to provide. They value them for their ability to reproduce and be good mothers, and sexual attraction is the mechanism by which nature makes that happen. Looks and youth are excellent predictors of a woman's ability to bear healthy and strong offspring, so true physical beauty, and thus youth, is relatively more important to men than they are to women. That explains why women's value in the dating market begins to decline rapidly at around age 30, give or take a few years depending on the individual. Those are the facts of human existence.
