They don't have the same access to contraceptives like we do. They don't get pregnant "easier."

We are more fertile, and we don't use birth control pills.
That goes for Asian people too that doesn't live in cities and such. Those people dont have any medical treatments to avoid pregnancy like how countries like the united states do, so they tend to get pregnant easier. Just like how they dont have the medical supplies for giving birth, so the percentage of women that passed away giving birth are more from countries like africa, and some parts of asia.
Actually Asian women in poorer countries have some of the lower to mid level fertility rates. Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, etc. Vietnam is one of the poorest countries yet has a very low fertility rate
