I never heard the term be used and I suppose the only reason I could imagine based on the info given is perhaps because things like piercings hurt and if you have a lot then perhaps people believe the individual enjoys pain?
This is all hypothetical, I am only making a observation based on the stuff I just read, I don't know enough on this subject to give a concrete answer but that is what it kind of sounds like.
I personally don't believe people with many piercings are into that, I do however admit that I often come to the conclusion that they get more piercings for the shock when getting another piercing, I however do not have any piercings so I am only saying this based on what I would imagine a piercing to feel like.
You never heard of an Alternative person? Its like an umbrella term for those who have a unique sense of fashion or life style. For example, goths, emo and punk can fall into this category. I see what you mean about piercings but then again what those who have their ears pierced? This is a very common type
Yeah, it is a term that I have never come across, I understand what you mean by it now. I don't know, regarding piercings I can't give any reliable information I suppose, only what I can imagine goes on inside someone else's mind when doing something like that, which has been proven many times in history to not be a reliable source of advice :p I can only give reliable advice if I have had experiences with someone like that and asked them questions regarding that subject, but I never questioned my friends about their piercings, I just accept their lifestyle and don't bother asking about it. I have only ever asked my friends who have those hoop earrings about it and even then it is only ever asking about if they ever take them out like you would with ordinary earrings.
Well for a start i think if you were to actually get data you would find that there is in fact a correlation and as a result there is every reason for a guy to think that if he is inclined to do so.
Regarding being asked about your vagina, there is no shortage of guys who there who are going to ask you about your vagina regardless of your appearance.

probably cos a lot of them are, which is a common misconception about the Alt look in general, people can't see someone's appearance and avoid judging or making assumptions
actually, the assumption is not as far fetched as you think. after so many piercings you run out of creative places to put them. once the head area is done, and the nipples and belly, the pussy comes next. not much else to pierce, so if you got a lot visible then you probably got a lot more not visible. makes sense, right? Girls that go that far are irresistible.

I think it’s mostly because they are pervy. Small percentage would be because they’ve encounter girls before that were way too open about their hardware down there.
My educated guess would be that when a guy sees a girl he finds attractive, and she has more "bold" or "daring" piercings (or tattoos, as they can also sometimes be an icebreaker into conversation) than most other females, he assumes (sometimes correctly, sometimes not) that she herself is also bold and daring (thus open or an extrovert), personality-wise. If the topic is not brought up to the girl because of attraction or interest (or maybe just curiosity out of admiration), then the guy is probably being a jerk just to be a jerk.
