1. Men tend to be more stoic in general, and this carries over to the bedroom as well.

2. Men are often doing the majority of the physical work during sex (this isn't a complaint, just a fact), and most of us are trying to multitask - something men don't do well for the most part - which means that we're taxing ourselves both physically and mentally, and so there's often not enough oxygen or "CPU cycles" in our brains for making noises too.

3. If you are going by porn - which is NOT representative of how most people have sex - then you should know that male performers (in hetero sex scenes, anyway) are trained to be silent, as well as to exit the camera frame immediately following the money shot, because men want to focus on the women, and since men spend 89% of all money spent on porn (compared to 11% by women), most porn is geared towards men's preferences. The reason men are silent is because - whether they realize it or not - men watching porn are imagining themselves in the role of the guy, and having the guy talk or make noises would tend to break that illusion, and porn producers found that when that happened, their titles sold poorly compared to when the male actors remained silent.

Porn is fake.
Those women more then half the time are pretending. They are just squealing and honking away like farm animals to sell the porn.
I was confused about this myself when I was a teen and a virgin but that's because all I had was porn.
Men moan grunt yell gasp whimper or simply breathe heavily.
Some men can be quiet
but then again some women can be quiet too. Porn is not what real sex is like.
Sex does not have to be like what you see in porn.
If you really are this young you should really talk to a parent. I know I would rather have my daughter talk to me than strangers.
