You can learn to hold it and some guys like me have the opposite issue where it takes me longer than most. Always has. It's usually not a prob for most of the women I've been with but it can be for some.
I'm not sure how a woman doesn't know that this is just normal function for most guys and communication is important. There are other things we can do to make sure you're taken care of.
