As time has gone by, men's cocks have gotten bigger and longer. AND the way we measure changed. They used to stretch and measure. I have always measured a fully hard penis, from tip to base. Big difference.

i bet if they did measure by hardness, not stretching 20-30yrs ago, the average would be like today; 6.5-7.5" long.
