In the younger age ranges especially , and due to the principle driver of sex drive , testosterone being present in the male body at least 20 times higher levels than in the female body , means on average , men are cursed with a far higher sex drive , than his female counterparts. There's more potential sexual risks & consequences for women , than men , hence the naturally lower female libido.
