Guys do this all the time. Even guys who don’t believe the other guy will still listen because it’s entertaining.

If he’s naming you specifically then that is a complement because obviously if you did hook up he won’t tell everyone. But he’s also going to say you were really good in bed too. He probably just picked your name because you are hot and because most of the other guys think you’re hot too. It’s a win-win when you think about it.
