So I typically go to sleep right after, or do my own thing. My girl used to get offended by it, and still does sometimes lol. I recently read a study stating that men have a different reaction towards large releases of endorphins after sex which typically makes us sleepy. Women on the other hand, typically respond to this large release of endorphins by becoming extremely affectionate. I love my girl, and I'm very attracted to her... and I do the same thing as your boyfriend. So I'm going to guess that it's not a reflection of how he feels about you- but rather a normal response based off our biology.

I don't know about other guys but my penis is hypersensitive after sex. I generally don't want to be touched anywhere near my privates for at least five to ten minutes afterwards. Chemical reaction in the brain after the endorphins are spent causes us to feel tired and start to shut down not only emotionally but physically just gotta recharge and were good... different chemical reaction in the brain for females causes complete opposite affect to women ( remember we are different but yet still. equal) so you get warm cuddly and overly clingy in some cases not a bad thing just simple biology
