Has it some connection with childhood's feeding on mother's milk?

I dont think so because even I as a girl feeded on my mother's milk but one of my friend was telling it has some connection

From what I've heard there is some biological backing that bigger boobs are better as that means they have bigger mammary glands, making them produce more milk leading to stronger offspring, and as such males would choose bigger breasts because it meant they're children would be more likely to survive.

Its got nothing to do with that.

If you look at tribes where the woman don't cover their breasts, you'll find that the men consider the women's breasts the same they do the woman's arm. Its just a part of the body.

Its purely because the media sexualises breasts and general population encourages this.

I think it is a very ancient feeling and need. For a male, a female with large breast means that will produce more milk for children, so it is potentially a better mother and, as a consequence, a better female. Obviusly nowdays this factors are useless, but our society evolved much more faster than ourselves, so we still have imprinted animal-like inconscious way of acting. As most of female prefere muscles because so the male could have better chance in defending her and their children.

I can also say about myself. I have never dated, I am attracted to a girl if she showers me with her attention, if she cares for me.. I would never date a girl based on her boobs.. There's more to a girl than just the physical aspect
