Guys at nude beaches with clothes on are there for 2 reasons. The first one is to gawk at the girls, or in some cases, if he is gay, to gawk at the guys. This is creepy and not appreciated by those that go to nude beaches.

The other reason might be that he has a small penis and is too embarrassed to get nude.

In both cases I think they should go to a textile beach instead.

The majority of girls with clothes on at a nude beach are just fearful of being stared at by the gawkers, so that is a loose loose situation for all involved.

Or, in some cases, it could be that they are on their periods and my just be topless, and some just prefer being topless only anyway.

I have. And I got completely naked. I’m normally very comfortable being naked, but when it was time to take my swim shorts off on the nude beach, I honestly felt a little bashful and awkward. But I did it anyway, and it felt amazingly liberating. At first I just laid face down on my towel. Then, once I got used to that, I turned over and laid facing up for a while. Finally, I got up the nerve to get up and take a stroll. It was wild at first to walk past women and other men who were also naked and to just nod a friendly hello like it was nothing. I stole more than a few glances at the women, and I caught a few stealing a quick look at me, but all in all it was a chill, respectful experience. I loved it, and I can’t wait to do it again.

Showed up in shorts and a tank and eventually stripped down to nothing.
when I was Tired of it I wrapped a towel around me.
ill be honest I didn’t really care for it and we haven’t gone again.
id rather just hang out nude at home or sleep nude

I've been going to one in New Jersey since I was 16. I've yet to have a bad experience. Only thing that gets annoying are the people making it painfully obvious that they're staring at you.

Yes, I have been on a nude beach (but didn’t realize it was a nude beach until I walked upon it). I was walking the beach at an island resort. When I left my resort the next beach I came to was a mixed nude / semi-clothed beach. I was wearing shorts only.
