@Gummy_Cluster Yes, I had to have a medical procedure last year. It was going to be done in the doc's office with no anesthetic. I told my wife I did not need her to take a day off from work to come with me. I was a big boy and could handle it.. She came anyway. The procedure was pretty uncomfortable and i hyperventilated during it. Mt blood pressure dropped and I was barely conscious. I told the nurse to go out in the waiting room and get my wife. Best invention ever. My grandpa built a smoke house. Our family made all of that stuff. I was talking to my niece and nephew a while back, and I told them about butchering pigs. They don't shoot the pigs, because that would be a waste of meat. They stick them in the throat with a knife, and catch the blood in a container. German blood sausage isn't as bad as it sounds.

Grandpa ate the brains with eggs. lol They came from North Dakota, and were dirt poor. Nothing went to waste. Grandma made soap out of the lard.

We go out to a restaurant and my father just tells the story about the time he stole a pig and killed it with a hammer and they roasted it in the barracks and ate it. The other guy told the story about cutting guys toes off with a pair of linesman pliers because of frostbite.
