Contrary to popular belief, true precum is medically proven to be sterile. If done right, the pullout is actually more effective at preventing pregnancy than any other popular or so called “high success rate” form of birth control. Even better, it’s actually healthy unlike all the hormonal and other dangerous chemical based birth control out there.
Where people get into trouble with pullout is either the guy doesn’t know his body well enough to separate the beginnings of ejaculation, he isn’t disciplined to pull out in time, or he doesn’t clean off after and urinate prior to a second round of intercourse. Sperm certainly can be found in precum if a guy doesn’t wash out the urethra between the first and second round of intercourse.

I clearly explained how mistakes are made. And precum contains no sperm. If she is ovulating, she can be at equal risk from any other form of birth control. Perhaps abstinence is the answer since there is always some risk otherwise.
