You need to think of a tougher comparison on this one.

99% of people would easily say booze unless they are alcoholics. If your body craves booze more than sex then you have a much bigger problem on your hands.

That's definitely a challenge. I'd probably say Alcohol. Even though that's the only thing that mellows me out, not having sex or masturbating would, I'd start going crazy if I couldn't get a sexual release.

Not a big deal to go without both. It only takes a bit of discipline and sometimes it allows you focus on other life goals. It is a mind over matter thing.
