Do all white men have smaller penises than black men?

Not to be rude. I am white but my last 3 bf's have been black guys with large penises. My latest ex and current boyfriend are white & they have pretty small penises (only 5.5-6 inches) :( . Is this true for all white guys that they have small penises? I thought it was a urban myth but it seems true.

Until recently I have never thought about measuring my penis but can say it is nearly 3 inches long. It doesn't matter to me though as I have only ever used it to pee with and I am physically far too unattractive to attract the opposite sex.
