I would support an incestuous adult couple if they had no intention, or even better, no ability to have children. I think it is probably more common than we might believe. Who is to say that the siblings who live together as roommates aren't really sleeping together occasionally? It is their own business. I have known a few elderly siblings who shared homes. Who needs to know? I would certainly support them in this case.

I think as long as there was no prior or current abuse involved, they're both able to consent, and take preventive measures in having children, then I don't have a problem with it. I mean, you can't help who you're attracted to. And, at the end of the day, it's really none of my business, as long as a child isn't being abused. In the same way any relationship that isn't my own isn't my business. No matter who they are.

Anyone talking about the possibility of something wrong with children are being a bit misled. They do have a higher chance of having something wrong, but it's not that large and it's actually larger for a child from a woman in her 40s.

I have already read most of the comments provided, while I agree with most, consenting adults OK, and defective children, I point out that with corporations and government poisoning our food and water making Everyone have defective kids, its kinda pointless to worry about the offspring as a result of incest
agree but should we consciously do things that increase the likelihood of genetic disorder or do what we can (reproductive wise, diet wise, etc) to avoid issue?

There was actually an incident where a twin brother and sister married each other. It just so happened that at birth they were separated and found each other later in life.
