Does your semen become spicy and hot if you eat chili the previous or that day?

Considering how what you eat can alter the taste of semen, for example supposedly I have heard that eating pineapples makes it taste sweeter, is it possible for chili to make your semen be spicy hot and cause a burning sensation on contact? Just curious if that is possible, or if that's not how capsaicin works. I know, I know, random question, but still. Information is essential.

  • That's not the way capsaicin works I'm afraid. AFAIK capsaicin is indigestible for humans and (even though it causes burning sensation by irritating the mucous membranes) none of it is absorbed by the body. It pretty much passes the whole digestive tract unchanged. Mint on the other hand does seem to have an effect on semen smell at least (ejaculate produced right after brushing my teeth has a peppermint-like smell to it). You might also try experimenting with spices that also have a hot component in them: mustard seeds, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger etc.

    • I actually don't want it to be hot because that sounds fairly painful from a female perspective, haha :P Thanks for mentioning things that actually have an effect, I'll try to avoid them when it's necessary :D hmm, do you think capsaicin can cause any health problems if digested? Maybe you know.

    • Like I said: it's NOT digested, because it's indigestible. Other than the pain you're getting from the capsaicin getting in AND out (yes, the irritation/burning sensation appears at the rear end too) there are no problems I'm aware of.

  • When I eat a lot of VERY spicy food, after masturbating it really burns. I think girls would not like it. On the other side I need to eat so spicy, I usually only do, when I cook long time for myself only... means I'm single and no girl for trying it out.
But on the other hand, I think it's not in the semen, it probably leftovers from the bladder, since it burns while emptying this as well. ;)

  • No. Seminal fluid is not affected whatsoever by your food choices because it is produced by the prostate gland and has a set chemical composition.

The Cosmo pineapple "fact" is a myth.

    • Wait, are you sure? A female friend of mine told me that it IS affected because pork made it have a disgusting taste.

    • Well I could Basically test it myself, but I don't feel like it. Why, have you learned about this from a goddamn textbook? Because I sure haven't.

  • One of my exes LOVED to eat chips. Salty salty chips..

Worst taste I ever had LOL

I think it is totally possible that it'd be a bit spicy/peppery.

    • Eh... The real question is whether it can even remotely burn like chili.

  • I don't think so. it can be sweeter or sour but I don't think it can be spicy or whatever

    but I could be wrong.

  • I've been evicted from the Y due to my saliva still containing spicy stuff after eating peppers, but never had a problem with producing picante sauce.

  • I find that highly unlikely. Interesting question, though.
