Queefing has nothing to do with being loose. If anything, it means you're tight, and/or he's big.

It's just basic physics. If you compress the air inside of a cylinder, then it's going to try to escape. If the object doing the compression isn't filling up the cylinder properly, the the air is just going to flow freely around, or whoosh right out. Thus, it won't produce a sound.

If the object compressing the air is a tight fit, then the air is going to have a tougher time escaping around it. It'll squeeze past the blockage, using whatever miniscule openings that it can find. Squeezing air through a tight space is what causes the sound, particularly with the wetness being there to amplify it.

Apply those theories to a vagina & penis, and there you go. A tight fit + compressed air + moisture = queef.
