If I'm sleeping alone, I wear an ex's old tshirt.. its way big on me.. comes down my legs..

I’m almost always cold, so I tend to just wear regular pajama pants (or yoga pants) with a long-sleeved shirt. And socks.

In the summer, I wear shorts with thin tops. On exceptionally hot days I'll take the shorts off, but my underwear always stays on.

There is nothing wrong in sleeping naked if you have your personal room and no body enters it without your choice. I enjoy it - particularly in cold days - I am covered under quil.
