Girls with Jiggly Butt

It's spring/summer time and girls are now throwing their tight skinny jeans back into their closets and opting for flowy dresses and rompers (in my city at least). I have been noticing that many girls who wear those kind of looser clothing that don't really hug their body have jiggly butts like jello. No vigorous movement like jumping or running because their butts jiggle so much just taking one step. I think thongs make it more jiggly since there's nothing keeping their fat from jiggling. Do girls like for their butts to jiggle like that? Do guys find it hot or unattractive?
