I have never worn a sports bra at all. But I do quite often wear underwire bras and wirefree bras as well as panties or hipsters under my clothes quite often, Panties daily, just not always a bra outside the house. To me, women's underwear are so much more comfortable than tighty whities or boxers. And they come in so many more colors and prints too. I'm wearing a light pink underwire bra and light pink panties, as well as black leggings and a black sweatshirt as I write this. And have worn them almost all day. To me, it's almost a daily attire thing.
If you want to embrace it, got get a few bras and matching panties and wear them around the house.
If you want to get over it, then do just that. Get over it.

Just do it. No one has to know except for you..if something so simple turns you on then why deny yourself the pleasure?
