Well, your penis only grows during puberty, and since you're above 18 right now, it is safe to assume that your penis will not keep growing anyways (which means even it DOES restrict your size, which probably isn't true, it can't have any effect anymore anyways).

Anyways, I don't think it would have a major impact on your penis size, though I have to point out that, in natural habitat, no animal wears clothes, so there probably are negative aspects of wearing clothes. (Intolerance to cold, for example.)

It's probably a load of BS, though I wouldn't know from personal experience as I only wear looser-fitting (but not baggy) jeans. It would be funny if it were true, though. All the guys wearing skinny jeans would be up the creek.
It makes sense but eh... I always wear tight jeans and mines above average, if it stopped it growing I'm still not gonna complain, know what I mean? Hahaha. So if it does, its not extreme enough to worry about.

I don't know if it resticts you bat size, but I do know it reduces fertility for quite some time if you wear then to often in your teens to mid 20's.
