Is 32c a large size for a 13 year old?

I was just wondering as I'm very skinny even though I eat loads but I think I'm starting to look kind of weird with breasts this big

Since you're probably still expected to grow for a couple years, chances are that they will grow too. You will most probably get taller too though, so later on you might find that your body shape changes even more (teenage years can wreak havoc on one's body). So it's business as usual, nothing that wouldn't be considered normal ;)

As for the question of your breasts being "too" large, just consider this: there are tons of guys who go crazy about large breasts. So please don't get offended at leering guys - usually they love it so much they can't concentrate on anything else (chances are that you'll encounter more and more of this kind as time goes by), they don't mean to offend you by that ;) You'll also realize soon enough that many women would kill to have breasts of your size too (and get very jealous about it at times).

One last thing: it isn't the size that counts the most, but the sensations they cause to you ;)

No that's not to big that's a good size I'm 17 and I'm a 34C, you probably still have more time to grow though I read a young girl doesn't finish developing until she is 21 years of age. I have friends who are bigger somewhat bigger than me and sometimes they complain. I'm skinny as well but your still developing so you have plenty of time to grow. I've been a 34C size since I was 12 and hoping they'll grow more in the future maybe i'll go up a cup size who knows. As for now just enjoy the size of your breasts because I'm sure there's a lot of girls out there that wish they were a C cup. Embrace what you have and be happy with what you have.

You do have a pretty large chest but the likelihood is that as you develop, you're going to get taller and you're going to put on some more weight and your hips will broaden to give you a curvier figure, which is something you're probably going through around now (or at least, that's how it was for me but it is different for everyone). So it might look weird to you now, but if that's how your body is, then it's very normal for you and the chances are, it'll probably change as you get older anyway.

Yes, it's big but not uncommon especially nowadays for girls your age. I'm top heavy and petite and when I was your age I wore a 30C making my way to a D.

Woah at 13 I'm a 34C right now, at 13 I was a 32B. It isn't weird you're going through puberty so your body is slowly transforming into your young adult body.

No, not too big. But probably a lot bigger than other than girls your age. so you're probably getting a lot of attention from your peers, which is normal. But don't let anyone take advantage of you and don't put up with anyone objectifying you. Pretty much keep them to yourself until your like 30.

I don't think that's a problem. I don't care if my girlfriend got huge breasts or not. I think they're sexually attractive equally no matter how they are. So stop worrying, it's not weird at all.
