What is your opinion when you see a girls nipples poking through her shirt?

With Some of the outfits I wear and sometimes just for comfort I choose not to wear a bra. I have smaller/ perky boobs ( B cups) so I can get away with not wearing a bra most of the time and I choose to do that quite often because of comfort. They thing is when I wear tight shirts my nipples show through the shirt pretty bad and I'm constantly seeing people looking at my boobs. My question is what are they thinking when they see my nipples poking through, do they think that I'm trying to be slutty or something or are they looking just out of curiosity? Or do people think that this is sexy? I'm not purposely trying to show them but I do enjoy just feeling free and comfortable and it doesn't really bother me Mainly because guys are going to look at girls boobs no matter what they're wearing. What is your opinion?

It's low class. I would have a problem if my gfs nipples showed through. Such a weird trend, like booty shorts or butt crack yoga pants. Do women have lower values these days. What kind of message does that send? You feel comfortable showing the public that much of your body? weird.
I'm obviously not a guy so when I see a girl going braless (and it's obvious) I think it's slutty. I'm in the States, though, so culturally that makes a difference like other answerers said.

I think this can be a regional cultural thing, some areas it is okay to be a little more sexy but in some places it looks vulgar and low class. All just depends where you are and who is around you in my opinion.
As a girl, when I see other girls with their nipples poking through their shirt, I find it annoyingly distracting. I wish girls wouldn't do that. I don't find it sexually distracting if I may clarify, its just distracting in general.
