
According to this chart, which "body fat percentage" most closely resembles your own body type?

My body fat is 19.4 percent as of today (I have a scale that measures body fat and it's pretty accurate).
But I don't see an image that's in between that so I guess I would be the 20-22% image: that looks pretty close to how my body looks :)
I would like to get my body fat down to about 17-18 percent, however, I am somewhat happy where I am now.
Voted D as this is the current state (14-17) but it used to fluctuate a lot in the past, between 8% and 25% or so.
Also I have never really looked ripped, so the images are quite misleading. When I had the least fat I also had nexto-to-no muscles.
I have never tried to achieve a certain type, only my metabolism did weird things due do some heavy stress-reactions and medication side-effects...
My scale claims I have 9% body fat (the margin of error on scales like mine is +/- 15%) , and I look roughly the same as the 10~12% image, except my my veins are more visible, and the striations on my chest and shoulders are more visible than on the picture.
I think the 10~12% picture is closer to what 12% looks like, if I go by what my crappy scale says.
I don't think this image is very helpful to find body fat percentage. Jeff Cavelier from Athlean X posted a picture like this on Instagram that seems more accurate to me.
I'm more curious about the photos which people view as being most similar to their bodies

There are fat scales for it (I think), the tech works on electrodes. It basically looks like a weight scale.

Between 20 and 25% for me. It's flirted with 25% since the pandemic hit and I've been working a lot less.
Since lockdown I'm closer to 35% ugh! It kills me to say that I was always really fit... Like 25% and less

30% is adequate. Especially if it's all in the right places like @jgirl99 mentions. I personally am at 15 or so

Mine is 25% as well
Last time I had it measured it was 11%. I'm extremely active (excluding the last 3 weeks where I've been worked into an early grave).
