What's wrong with breast implants?

Why do you guys keep hating on them so much? I'm definitely not satisfied with my average tits and I consider a boob job, I think this would boost my self confidence and attractiveness. If you prefer big boobs so much why hate if they're enlarged? Makes no sense, really. No I don't want those cheap looking porn star breasts, I'll get those good looking, more expensive ones, I see no problem here. From C cup to DD cup. The hates on fakies are getting really annoying.

I don't prefer big ones, and nearly all implants look terrible (a few women, maybe 1 in 500, will naturally have just the right kind of boobs where implants will be hard to spot and will look and keep looking natural - but this is a tiny percentage, and the vast, overwhelming majority will have obvious and unattractive-looking implants). It's not about what kind of implants you get or how skilled the doctor is for the most part - it's about the body you start with, and only a tiny percentage has the desired body construction.

Let me give you an example of just a couple of problems.

Here is a picture of famous porn star Jenna Jameson. She was a natural, full 34C when she started porn, but she took her first couple of paychecks and got implants. You can see her in Howard Stern's movie Private Parts, where she appears topless less than a year after getting her implants, and while they were obvious implants, they didn't look terrible at first.

Six years later, however, and things had changed a lot.

Here, her boobs are now 6 inches lower compared to the Howard Stern movie, and you can see the implants as well as the stretched skin trying to hold them up. This continued to get worse as she continued in her career, and then after she retired, she got sick and lost weight, and had to get a lift (which left lots of scars) because they were hanging down below her belt. Even though she had the best implants and the best doctor, she didn't have great skin for implants, and her boobs turned into tube socks.

Another common problem is the double ridge, which you can see here:

This happens because the natural breast tissue is either all in front or all behind the implant (depending on how it was put in).

Other common problems are visible here:

You can see the round top of the implant, unlike a real breast that is tear-drop shaped, and clothes don't lay right because the implants don't move like real breast tissue, holding straps up off of the chest in an obvious way. Finally, you can see the ripples on the sides of the breast because of the seam on the implant - this is more apparent if the woman is leaning forward.

To me, all of these things are a huge turn-off, and I know I'm not alone. Yes, there are guys who just want huge boobs and are happy to accept all of these issues to get huge boobs, but MOST men would much prefer natural boobs, regardless of size, then to have any of these ugly, distracting complications.

Most women would be turned off if she knew a guy got fake parts - imagine a guy getting fake biceps, calves, or some kind of fake dick extension. Girls would be "icked out" by that - well, that's how most men feel about implants.

1. Girls have this idea that ALL guys prefer really big boobs and that 32A boobs are a total turn off. That is a horribly bad misperception.

2. Your 36D silicone mammaries may turn some heads when you are 25, but you will be tucking those sagging, tired, old titties under your waistband when you are 40.

3. Silicone tits look fake and quite often a guy can feel the implant when he starts fondling your boobs.

4. There is much to be said for a woman (or a man) who accepts herself for the way she was born and doesn't try to change that. Vanity is quite unbecoming!

Well, I did recently see an episode of 'A Thousand Ways to Die' where someone went to a really dodgy doctor in order to save on cost, but when she got on an aeroplane and the plane took off, her boobs inflated and then exploded due to the change in pressure.

Maybe that story was made up, I don't know.

I love them and have no issue with women getting breast implant! It's a win to improve their self-confidence and used to be a win for my taste (now it's a win glancing at them). My wife doesn't need boob job cause she has double dd.

If you are gonna get surgery to increase your breast size then do not get implants, do a fat transfer. It will look natural and we won't complain. Also later in life you won't need more surgery to replace or remove. If you want examples of the outcome of that surgery look at Gabe Carter or Autumn Falls.

We don't like implants because they feel unnatural in our hands and can leave unnecessary scarring.

That being said, embrace who you are.

But they always look terrible and ruin a girl's looks. Take Hannahowo as an example. Absolutely sensational looking naturally, who has screwed up her body with terrible tits and an awful tattoo.

They look unnatural, they stick out, they don't sit normally, and they leave a scar. AT least in her case they do.

I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, let alone someone i care about. I dated a woman who was thinking about it and i talked her out of it.
I once saw a fascinating documentary that followed an exotic dancer from the east coast as she danced her way across the country to California for a boob job. Then she went back hitting all the same clubs. They compared and contrasted her earnings potential before and after augmentation. She made more money after, no surprise. But not as much more as you might think. The total cost of the trip and surgery was much more than she earned round trip.
But they showed the procedure and her recovery process, and it… was… BRUTAL! No joke. It’s a legit major surgery and i think it’s nothing less than disingenuous to call it “cosmetic”. I honestly don’t believe anyone could honestly love another person and ask them to do that to themselves.

My wife had breast implants. She said her natural breasts looked like two 'fried eggs' on her chest. Truth be told, her breasts "looked nice" but the way the surgery was done was to cut around her nipples and aerosols, and put the Gel, in her breast through that opening. The feeling never came back to her nipples, and so her nipples don't have any sensitivity. The option was to cut UNDER her breasts, and that leaves a scar, which she did not want.

I do not have a boob fetish, so bigger is not better.
Is that really why you want someone to be with you is because of how big your boobs are?
Plus, there have been health issues with them.
Your body, your choice.
I think they are reversable if you hate them for even more money.

Controversial option here. I don't mind fake boobs as long as they are a natural size, for example fake boobs at a cup size of DD are sexy, gigantic bimbo bolt ons are not.
