Generally, I would say don't do it. They will look good but
A: I can tell the difference just by looking at them. It's fairly easy if you know what to look for.
B: You'll lose a lot of enjoyment (and so will your partners) since fakes don't feel the same at all. Real breasts are great, fakes are only good to look at.
C: That's a lot of money that you could spend on more important things.

In proportion it's not so bad... Something that makes sense and if she really did it to genuinely improve her self confidence..
But I don't know if it's possible for some to be with a girl that values her breast or ass to protrude more than it needs too

Well most fake tits and asses don't look like that lol. That's an extreme. If it's done by a reputable surgeon, then the results can be life changing and look really good.
I guess people don't realize fake tits are going too feel fake too! sure the look nice but they don't feel nearly as good as real one's so that's a no to the fake tits

i don't see a problem in staying natural. actually it's a way to know whether a guy is genuinely into you or just with you because of your fake tits or ass.
If a person is unhappy with themselves. and I mean actually unhappy. I see no probelm if it makes you sad or deppresed. but if you do it out of addiction or because you want to be the best no that makes you fake and insecure in a bad way

I do not like either fake. I can understand fake tits if the person had a disease like cancer, was in an accident, severely burned etc.
