Like from a breast augmentation (boob job) or a breast reduction.
I've been thinking about getting a breast reduction in the future but the scars are the only thing holding me back. I get that they will fade just not sure if it'd be worth it. It's like having to choose between big ugly boobs or having ugly scars. Not sure which is worse

My milk production is already crazy. That's part of the problem too. Breastfeeding can be more difficult with bigger boobs

Don't do breast reduction because you will get side effects later. and if you want to clear the scars apply olive oil on the scars till it fades off everyday

Even if you do breast reduction your breasts will return back to it's normal size and you get side effects. you can check it out in google about it
He's meaning possible infection of the evasive procedure you might need to get. You can get same infection from implants.
