I've come to notice that a lot of men (even some women) on this site always have something negative to say if a woman is experienced in sex and sexual situations... does it make you uncomfortable?

You can be experienced without being promiscuous, the two aren't mutually exclusive.
It means you've had a lot of sex with either one person or many. It's promiscuity one way or the other

Not necessarily. It can also mean frequently giving into sex. For example a woman has very unattractive boyfriend who comes home drunk and she still gives in to his sexual advances could be seen as being promiscuous.
