Can a Muslim girl have anal sex and still be a "virgin" in gods eyes? Because that's what my friend said and I don't know if it's true?

My muslim friend recently told me she had anal sex. When she's in public she looks religious. She wears the correct hijab and prays five times a day. However, she recently told me she had anal sex with her christian boyfriend. she's like "anal sex is ok in islam as long as it's not Going to break my virginity. God will not punish me and why are you so surprised, many muslim girls have anal" now I'm not muslim, but is her statement right? I don't know. I'm not sure how I can help her get her life on track. She's been my friend for years and i want to help her not ruin her life if her parents find out :(
