  • Not really. I mean you can get it on your penis, but as your penis becomes aroused it will not stay on properly (unless you are truly just a shower, not a bit of a grower - maybe). Also you should retract the foreskin when putting on a condom, then pull the foreskin back forward and continue unrolling the condom - that would be difficult to impossible to properly do when flaccid.
