@drpepper12 "Throuple" is a new word to me, though the concept is not. For guys like me, my choices are limited. Try to have sex with my girl naturally and her not feel anything, have sex with a penis extender that will probably slip off because my penis is even small by standards of stuff made for people with small equipment and have the quality of sex which will make her wish that she was just using a dildo instead, or letting her have her needs met by real men who have what it takes to satisfy her.
