Don't pay too much attention to promises made in the dark for they often never see the light of day. Its a bit much that he is so fixated on whether you two are in love. You should never get pregnant until you are both ready. If you are not ready then definitely not because when it all said and done you will be the one raising that child whether you are both together or not.
