That’s called a confound. It means that there’s something skewing the data that isn’t listed. Genetics, smoking, sun exposure. Could be all kinds of things. It’s important to look at it as correlation vs causation. Causation means it is a direct relationship. I cut my hand because I slid a knife across it. A correlation is indirect. People that stay home all day don’t have as dark skin…it’s not the house that’s lightening the skin, it’s that there’s something else (a confound aka lack of sunlight) that is both associated with staying home and light skin. There’s an in between. This is how scientific statistics are analyzed. A risk factor (lack of circumcision) is a correlation. It doesn’t mean leaving them uncut causes cancer. It means it’s associated with something that could cause cancer (shmegma presence). Circumsized people don’t have shmegma, so they don’t have that risk. Correlation also implies that you can deal with the in between element (hygiene) without effecting the first element (circumcision) and fix the problem. Which is true. But looking at a broad scale, people that are uncircumcised are more likely (by a very small amount) to get penile carcinoma because they might stop cleaning, and circumcised people don’t have that problem. Those at highest risk would be people with developmental delays, or dementia patients in rest homes that can’t take care of themselves

@asker you do realize a lot of men were snipped as babies we can't miss what we never had. My sex life was always good. So i don't know what you're talking about. You act like circumcized guys don't feel anything and can't have orgasms. Well that isn't true at all. There's nothing wrong with male circumcision. Cleanliness is a huge plus with being circumcised. I've heard so many stories from women about guts that aren't cut and their dicks smelling like nasty cheese and them having huge amounts of smegma in their hoods. I talked to a lady on here who believed her boyfriend when he said his uncut penis cleans itself. She said his dick had loads of smegma and smelled horrible. I literally had to send her a link to a medical website explaining the importance of keeping the inside of the hood clean.
