A guy that is worth anything will respect your decision to not send nudes. That does not mean all guys who would receive nudes would respect you less, but many will. Many of us realize that people of both sexes have differing ideas on what is right, and also realize that many women enjoy sexual titillation as much as guys.
But at your age do not send nudes to anyone. In the USA it is illegal, and anywhere it is warped for nude exposure of minors. Once you are older, you can decide if that is something you want to do, and who you can trust with that.
Any guy who would like you less for not sending nudes is not worth your time at all.
