Honestly, I have to say, I have probably never told a woman when I am about to cum. In fact, I asked my girlfriend of 14 years and she says that, although she has not exactly kept track, she does not recall a time when I said anything.

No. Some girls don't like to be told, and some guys don't like to talk or have trouble talking during that moment. Like everything else, it varies.
