I went out with guy who is a brother of one of my friends that's 20. We ended up having sex but he said he would pull. He didn't and cum in me and he said it was total accident. Does this happen lots?

It's possible. He might not have been very practiced at using the withdrawal method.
Being able to pull out is about knowing all the sensations that you feel just before you cum. These sensations can creep up quickly some times and bang it's too late.
Also I find personally at that moment I'm about to cum I loose some control over mobility and my body kind of locks into doing what it's doing briefly which is enough to miss the window to pull out.

All men are different so only way to work out if any of this happened is to ask him.

It totally could have been an accident. I would never trust a 20yo to correctly pull off the pull out method.
But, can't blame him completely as you're just as culpable for letting him go without to begin with. Good luck.

Probably not an accident, but you're not an innocent party in this either. The pull-out method is not effective even if done properly, which it was clearly not done properly in this case.

Next time, use a condom.

Honestly if a guy is serious about not cumming in a girl he won't. But if he try's to wait too long or waits too long then sure I guess it could be an accident... but not really. Any guy that promises to pull out should not be trusted.

No lots. Either he was lying to you or inexperienced. There is a ‘point of no return’ where we know we are going to cum. But most guys will feel that and pull out if that’s their intention.
