I know that fat women probably shouldn't wear leggings as pants, because then every little lump shows. But what about thin women who have average length legs and average size bum? Is it neutral in that case, or does it still turn you on as much as it would a woman with really long legs and large round bum?
I remember there was a person who posted a question about women wearing leggings and them ruining not only their life's but men life's too lol. This question was extremely controversial and out there and that person was horrifically demonized, mostly by women (no surprise there 😁). But you know what, he or she whoever posted that question had a Strong and Solid point. You see, when a girl has Better and Superior legging form on her, all the girls around that woman become invisible and irrelevant and it has a very serious mental impact on them, because they are being robbed from all the men attention that they were trying to get themselves. Now, to answer your question, the form of Your legs and yoga pants that you are wearing, will be attractive for most for As Long, as there is no superior or better looking women around you, because if there is or Are, you along with the shape of your leggings will become invisible and irrelevant instantly.
I think that different shapes look good in leggings and it’s not necessary to have bigger round butt. I can’t say they look good on a very skinny girl with no butt and bones showing or a girl that is way overweight. So yes thinner girls can look good in them too. Paris Hilton, who is on the thin side, has a great body and I also think a fuller figured girl like Niki Minaj has a nice body.
Half of the appeal is how comfortable a girl is in any given outfit. If you feel like you look good it adds to your attractiveness.

We have this discussion about bum or breast size often enough on gag that I thought the matter was settled. Smaller bums are just fine for most men living in the real world, and better than fine for some. The argument you listed against overweight or obese women wearing leggings is valid, but I don't see how you would get complaints from men for having a small backside in leggings.
