Sexual Health I know that fat women probably shouldn't wear leggings as pants, because then every little lump shows. But what about thin women who have average length legs and average size bum? Is it neutral in that case, or does it still turn you on as much as it would a woman with really long legs and large round bum?
Do leggings make thin women more attractive only if they have nice bums and legs, or does close-fit on any woman enhance attractiveness?

I would say even thin women who have the small hour glass figure are attractive in leggings. For most men, it's all in the bust, bum, and hips. Any woman, whether thin, medium, or thick, having these nicely proportioned will get the attention of men.
I have girls at my school who are short and stick skinny and who wear leggings. I'm very self-conscious about my body. I think I'm too fat and have a small butt, but leggings are my go-to. I've learned that the higher you can pull up your leggings, the bigger your butt will look.
I don't know how true it is, but I heard guys rate girls' butts when we wear leggings, so pull those leggings up high!

Well at 14, you are learning how it is done.! I am one of those guys that rate butts that way. You high school guys probably like it.
Women in generally should just have enough dignity to not want to expose themselves for cheap sexual attention.

I don't know. But thigh high stockings and a miniskirt is a lot better look, in my opinion.
