In my experience, MOST women do, yes.
There are two groups of exceptions that I've identified (and always a couple of random outliers who defy categorization):
- very emotionally mature, emotionally stable women with a very down-to-earth sensibility.
- girls who are emotionally damaged (most can tell you a story about their abusive past) and are far more emotionally detached about sex than "normal" girls. These are the more common of the two groups.
Your average girls with normal childhoods and average families? They're going to get attached almost every time, and friends with benefits is a BAD DEAL for them as a result.2 0 0 0As far as I know, none of my friends with benefits got attached, and I didn't get attached either. It all depends on the girl and how she handles sex.

hi, i think you are spot on, females have the emotional nature that more often than not feelings will grow when having intimacy with a man over time. not to say he won't develop feelings of care or concern but i think a man has much more ability to do this without falling in love. basically for me friends with benefits is bull shit it only really favours a man, the benefits of a relationship with regular access to sex without any efforts emotionally and practically of a genuine relationship and all the time females are going along with this modern madness are doing nothing but harm to themselves and every other woman, xx
2 0 0 0I completely agree , friends with benefits situation is suppose to be great for both parties but often the woman catches feelings or doesn't want him sleeping with anyone else and the guy is really just enjoying the situation how it is. Glad you voiced your opinion😊
i do not, though i speak only for myself.
i'm sure this is true for some women. but i am not an emotional person and can separate the physical act of having sex from love; therefore, it is possible for me to sleep with someone and have no emotional investment in him.
sounds cold, but it is what it is.1 0 0 0When I had FWBs, I did actually like the as friends. We would also cuddle and hang out sometimes. But I never wanted anything more with them. I guess I liked the chemistry between us, but we knew better than to get attached.
