Depends mostly on the laws there. Some allow topless, some allow naked, and some require breasts and genitals to be covered. Some places have rooms for private dances where much more is shown and maybe touching, too. Not sure what the legality is for those. Are you considering stripping as a job?

This depends on the venue and jurisdiction. In some places they get completely naked. In other places they have to keep their bottoms on and nipples covered with "pasties." In some cases its local laws that govern how far the girls can go and in other cases the venue decides but in most cases the venue permits the least amount of clothes the law allows. Some do and some don't. Some jurisdictions only allow full nudity if there is no alcohol served on the premises.
