The fact that you're 180 shouldn't be an issue. "Face sitting" is one of those names like "blowjob" that isn't literally accurate. When you're over his face with your legs spread and your vulva exposed for him you're not actually sitting on his face. You're supporting your weight pretty much the same way as when you're in cowgirl position. So the fact that you're not a small woman shouldn't stop you from experiencing this position you want to try. And it's very very much a turn on for the guy to be able to give you oral in that position.

I think you should be brave and tell him what you'd like to do and see how reacts. You may want to broach the subject by telling him you want him to try sitting on your face and then you sitting on his face as it's difficult to focus during 69. If you're worried about weight on the face and breathing, try kneeling so there is little or no weight on the person below. Also try facing the opposite direction. You may find it easier on the floor if your bed is soft.

I have never had a guy say no to that, more the opposite, they lay in position for me :) but they're out there somewhere, guys who don't like it. But they're a minority. Yes, I would think so. The only issue is making the logistics of it work in the bedroom without someone being in an awkward position with full body weight on them. You'll have to experiment and see what works with your partner. Being a bit thick might cause some hesitation yes. Discuss with him beforehand.
