So she is using the double negative correctly to differentiate between the meanings of "Broke boys deserve sex" and "Broke boys don't deserve to be denied sex". Which I 100% agree with, your finances shouldn't mean someone shouldn't have sex with you if they want, but also nobody ever deserves sex and I think that is very wise thing for her to include in a song. However I fear that may have been by accident...

But in all seriousness, she is saying she isn't attracted to men who aren't financially successful, which is fine. You can be attracted to whoever you find attractive. And you can find anything a turn off.

But I think that women's views on their partners money is often because of a feeling of their appearance to others than their own feelings. If she is not dating someone she likes because she is afraid of what her rich friends will think then I think that is an unhealthy view of a relationship.

Or if she has a belief that men have to provide for her financially then that is also a unhealthy view, particularly for her financially situation.

So I think the key question would be what is motivating her to have that opinion.

I have to disagree, because if she says "broke boys don't deserve no" whatever, the double negative means that they actually do deserve whatever.

Let's assume for a moment that we give the performer a pass on just this piece of grammar and look at the logic end of the situation. Where does that leave the concept? Given stats on ASB's (assault and sexual battery), birthrates, etc., it looks as though quite a lot of boys- broke or not- are getting quite a lot of whatever they want, especially if the twerking and phallic play evident in this recording are construed as sexual invitations (not that much of a stretch). ref. colorism
