Jeans usually aren't form fitting enough to have the butt draw my attention, especially when I prefer loooking at boobs and face, and the few pants that are form fitting enough result in my eyes going a bit farther south than the butt.
I typically only look for a second or so though, and only when a person is blocking a direction I'm already looking, I feel awkward if I look any longer than that.
