Mine has mostly been the same throughout my life with a few exceptions. For example, i always had a fantasy about having sex with women from a certain race but i no longer have that fantasy, not at all. Also, there is one sexual fantasy i did not have until a couple of years ago which i now have.
I don't eat the same meal every night, nor do I revisit the same fantasies. They evolve.
I have some long term fantasies. Also have some that come and go.
Often develop new ones or add on to the old ones.
All my fantasies are based on a real life situation that either really still turns me on and I wish I could do again or a time I could have or should have or wanted to really bad and didn't. I don't masturbate to my ex wife or any of my ex girlfriends though. I have a handful I keep going to however and I do it a lot so I am surprised I don't get bored with the same ones.
Tbh I kept getting new ones but at my age I suspect I've exhausted everything lol
