Everyone has it and it should be washed all the time. Smegma is something created from cell regeneration so it's unavoidable unless your cells somehow don't die.

When I was uncut yes I got smegma and yes of course I washed it every time I took a shower. But now that I am cercumsized I don't seem to get smegma but I still wash every time I shower.
