Personally I hate it. All these people just try to drink away there problems or fuck so many people that they don’t care about their problems. Anyone real left that actually knows how to have a genuinely good time, or even have worthwhile experiences?

Wow I remember my younger days doing that, I had a blast met great people and have so many stories to tell. Seriously people do it less as time goes on. Drinking is down, smoking is down , drug use is down. The only thing that is up is gambling and that feels like a waste of money to me.
I turned 21 in a hell's angels bar drinking and getting high talking with a few members until 6 while a cover band played the entire time. I turned 20 at a warehouse party where I blagged my way back stage and had a drink with Annie Mac. They are worthwhile experiences to me in the same way as visiting Mt Fuji or the great Buddha in Japan or seeing the Phantom of the Opera or seeing James Brown live are to me.
It might not be your scene but what makes your experiences more worthwhile than mine? I never did any of that to hide from things. When I had those sort of problems I stopped, and getting back into going for a drink showed me how much progress I had made.

Nope. People get drunk so they think they can be phony as fuck. The music sucks. We don't dance anymore. Just drink at home with close friends with good music and chill and don't use three times as much money.

drinking was made for that very reason 😂 to drink away ur problems and inhibitions and have fun. i love it. if u want "worthwhile" experience u can do that also, like my mates had an oe for a week just now, im going on a roadtrip north soon, and other things here and there. u can do both or one or the other its up to u
