I don't care as long is the guy isn't weird or creepy. I have pretty big boobs so it's not a rare occurrence but sometimes it does make me feel uncomfortable. There is a guy who is weird and acts kind of creepy and I've caught him looking and it makes me feel uncomfortable. But on the other hand, a guy I'm friends with does it and it doesn't bother me. So basically as long as they aren't creepy/weird and they don't keep staring it doesn't bother me.
